Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SalonHireHub you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and SalonHireHub.

• You must be 18 years or older to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Each person may hold only one account per role. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent a suspension is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information. Impersonation of another person or business is prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorised access to your account.

• Accounts require identity and business verification before posting jobs. Providing false documents is grounds for permanent ban.
• Job posts must describe a real, current vacancy at your salon.
• “Negotiable” salary ranges cannot mask a salary below minimum wage.
• You may not post the same vacancy more than once simultaneously.
• Job listings expire after 90 days; you may renew active listings once.
• You must respond to applications or update the job status within a reasonable time. Persistent ghost-posting may result in account suspension.

• Applications must be submitted in good faith for roles you genuinely intend to pursue.
• Resumes and cover messages must be truthful. Submitting false credentials is prohibited.
• You may apply to the same job only once. Duplicate applications will be removed.
• SalonHireHub is not a party to any employment contract between you and a salon.

You must not post, upload, or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or obscene
• Violates any intellectual property right of a third party
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Advertises services or products unrelated to salon employment
• Collects personal data from other users without consent (scraping, harvesting)
• Facilitates human trafficking or forced labour

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice when the violation is severe. Grounds include:

• Fraudulent verification documents
• Harassment of other users or SalonHireHub staff
• Repeated posting of prohibited content
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security controls
• Court order or law enforcement request

Suspended users may appeal by emailing legal@salonhirehub.com. We will review appeals within 14 business days.

SalonHireHub owns all rights in the platform, design, and SalonHireHub-generated content. You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, photos, job descriptions) and grant SalonHireHub a limited licence to display it as part of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalonHireHub is not liable for:

• Any employment outcome, including offers, rejections, or contract disputes between salon owners and job seekers
• Loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• Content posted by users (we are an intermediary platform under the IT Act 2000)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
